First, thanks cetiya for contributing much of the info below, and LHO, CRTF, kestrel58, and everyone else.
Second, I want to mention that I don't necessarily subscribe to the notion that there were more causalties than reported. It's just that this evidence bears collecting into one spot.
Last, I hope you can help flesh it out with more detailed facts and references.
1) The Sheriff's early "mistake."
Throughout the day it was reported by officials that 25 people were probably dead. That total turned out to be 15. A Denver Post article on April 21 stated, "'I've heard numbers as high as 25' deaths, said Jefferson County Sheriff John Stone, adding that 17 were confirmed." Sheriff Stone himself, CONFIRMING 17 fatalities. Confirmation is a very solid term for LE to use.
2) The reports of students walking by and stepping over "all the dead bodies."
"One male student said he and three friends grabbed 'all the kids we could' and hid in a very small room -- as many as 60 of them in all. 'Then, after that, we just had to walk out over all the dead bodies,'" said a CNN report. www.cnn.com/US/9904/21/sc....01/source CNN It must be noted that there were no official reports of deaths in the halls of the school. The only deaths occurred in the library, outside the school, and one in a science room. Therefore, how is it possible that they had to "walk out over all the dead bodies"? It is possible if more than 15 people actually died.
Jonathan Vandermark and his classmates walked downstairs, past three bodies, bodies of students. Vandermark was sure of that: 'They still had their backpacks on,' he said...There were dozens dead in the halls of Columbine High School said The Denver Post on April 20th
3) Triage patient
On page 7929, Shane Druckenmiller said a nurse told him a patient was "pulseless and had no blood pressure." It didnt sound like they did anything for this person, the next sentence was about starting a normal saline IV on someone else. It doesnt take a genius to know if you have no pulse and no blood pressure you are dead.
who was the pt at the triage ......
4) Body in doorway
On page 7972, paramedic Laura Vetos said they found a student dead "inside the west double doors near the library". This would be near Scott and Castaldo, but could not be either of them. No casualty fits this. It was not a single report - on page 7945, Charlie Martinez reports basically the same thing.

5) The teacher in the hallway.
On page 12553 Arapahoe County Sheriff's Dept Crime Lab Report senior lab tec Thomas Adair arrived at Columbine at 5:28 on 4/20. Upon arriving he was briefed by Jeff Co Swat member Helgesen, who said that there were at least 2 bodies outside, one teacher in a hallway and multiple bodies in the libary.
If this is true the only teacher killed in the "offical' report was Dave Sanders who was in a science room, this would mean that another teacher would have been killed. The following was lifted from the story section of this site "Finally, this report surfaced in The Denver Rocky Mountain News on April 21st, 1999, "[Jenny] Matthews and several other students ran down the hall. A teacher yelled for the kids to get out of the building. Then the teacher stopped to call police. She was shot twice in the head." No teacher was officially shot in the head.

6) Blood soaked carpet on stairs
Who bled all over these stairs? Jonathan Vandermark, 16, a sophomore, said he passed three bodies in a stairwell as he and other students were rescued from the biology lab by a SWAT team," (from The Denver Post on April 20th)

7) Female walking head injury.
On page 9773 a "Brousky" (LE?), said a female ran up to him with gunshot wound to the head. By the time the medic showed up she was "unconscious and not breathing, but they loaded her into the ambulance "anyway". This does not match any of the known casualties.
yet another "dead" student
" src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/glasses.gif"> Blood spatter in science hall.
Page 12436. There is what LE describes as a "blood spatter" on the hallway wall. See info.jefferson.lib.co.us/columbine-cd/Columbine%20REPORT/Pages/Sketch_0006.htm. The Science Office #1 seems to be the smaller room at the very bottom of the diagram, opposite the Mech. Room. There are no reports of anyone being shot here. "Spatter" is used by LE specifically to mean the spray of blood when a person is shot. So it's not due to something like Sanders brushing up against the wall. Someone was shot there. Who?
