At about 8pm on the third of August, one George Sodini, 48, entered the LA Fitness Club, located in the Great Southern Shopping Center in Bridgeville, Pa., near Pittsburgh, walked to the back of an aerobics class, pulled weapons from a bag that he was carrying, and commenced shooting.

He shot three women to death, and wounded 9 to 11 others, before killing himself. The shooting lasted just one minute, according to police.
